terms of service

payment & refund policy payment is made upfront via paypal invoice or ko-fi based on client preference. work starts as soon as payment is made.if, for any reason, i am unable to finish your commission and i have not yet started, you are entitled to a refund in full.! prices are listed in GBP. please keep in mind exchange rates!

process + turnaround times typical turnaround time can be anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks dependant on factors such as complexity, schedule, and hand health. if there are multiple people in my queue, this wait can extend up to 1 - 2 months.please refer to my trello to get an understanding of my queue before ordering if you are concerned about wait times! you may also use it as a means to check the status of your commission as i update it frequently.if for any reason there is a delay due to factors outside of my backlog, i will contact you accordingly.

regarding usage or reposting you are free to use your commission for whatever personal use you see fit once it is finished.i will not post your piece publicly without explicit permission. you can either ask me to do so, or you may post it yourself.

semi-polished with some basic rendering against a solid backdrop.! abstract background elements are optional and should be mentioned prior if desired.! props and set pieces can cost more varying on complexity.

type b: scene

pictures with heavy focus on lighting, detail and atmosphere.! level of desired background detail can increase the total price of the commission.! having an idea of the scene you want beforehand is recommended! moodboards are helpful! please keep in mind that wait times for type b tend to be longer than standard!

type c: chibi

simple chibis with a plain or transparent background.! please note that these are experimental and the style is subject to vary.
